Admission Procedure

Academic Session:- 1st April to 31st March

• Admissions will be granted from 5th class to 9th class and 11th class (Medical and Non- Medical) for the academic session 2027-2028. A student must register himself on online registration form for seeking admission to the Gurukul. Registration is not confirmation of admission. Students are normally registered in the month of December & January for the entrance test to get admission for the next academic session.
• There are only 40 seats in each class and the admission is strictly based on entrance test. Registration must be done through online registration form given in our website. Students must be registered before last date of the test. After completion of the registration, the admit card will be sent to your registered Email id.

Documents required at the time of admission:

1. Passport size photographs of the stuents - 6 nos.
2. Photograph of the parents and guardian.
3. Birth Certificate of the child ( duly attested)
4. Original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
5. Previous Class Report Card of the last school attended
6. Vaccination Record or Medical Certificate
7. Aadhaar card of the student and Parents
8. Address proof of the parents and guardian.
9. PAN Card of the parents and guardian.

At the time of admission, all origional documents are required alongwith two set of photocopies of all required documents. All documents should be attested.
